We used Kathleen Wagoner for our realtor to sell a piece of property that was complicated by having 3 separate deeds. She was also dealing w 3 people, my mother, my brother and myself. She went above and beyond to keep all of us in the loop at all times. She made sure the property was always shown in the best light and aided us in negotiating the deal and walked us through the closing. More than a year later some problems surfaced with the deeds, the survey, the title company and the county auditor. Although this deal is long over and her commission has been paid, Kathleen still shouldered her responsibility to be the sellers advocate. And she is dealing with all parties to make sure the paper work is completed accurately and at no expense to the seller. FIVE STARS FOR KATHLEEN !!!
